Refund Policy

Return policy on customer remorse:

All sales are final. We only accept returns on fraudulent, duplicative, and/or unauthorized charges. In the aforementioned case, you will have 30 days to file notice of fraudulent charges. This period starts from the day after you make your purchase.

Returning a coin:

Contact us via email at support@arieacoin.org, state the nature of the fraud, and provide any evidence you can regarding the unauthorized charge.

Cancelling an order:

All orders are instantaneous and can not be cancelled once made.

Refund process:

The refund will be initiated upon confirmation of fraud, duplication, and/or the charge's unauthorized nature. Once approved, the refund can take up to 5-10 business days to process. Refunds will be made in the original method of payment.
